Nurse Staffing Professional Liability Insurance
Professional liability insurance protects entities and their personnel against potential negligence claims made by their patients. Our coverages range from individual provider limits to slot rating and FTE programs that protect the provider and the entity – without the need to "tail" out the providers who leave the group. This provides the group flexibility in staffing and recruiting. Additionally, we can insure multiple disciplines on the same policy (i.e. CRNA, CNM, APRN, R.N.)

Directors and Officers Liability Insurance (D&O)
Directors and Officers Liability Insurance, or "D&O", provides financial protection for the directors and officers of a company in the event they are sued in conjunction with the performance of their duties as it relates to the company.

D&O insurance is required when a board of directors is assembled and by investors as a condition of funding the company. Most demand to be protected rather than put their personal assets at risk. Additionally, simply having employees opens management up to employment practices lawsuits – which constitute over 50% of D&O claims.


Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI)
EPLI provides protection for an employer against claims made by employees, former employees or potential employees. It covers discrimination (age, sex, race, disability, etc.), wrongful termination of employment, sexual harassment, and other employment related allegations.
